I.		Pristine:		Absolutely perfect; factory box and certificate of origin intact.
II.		Mint Plus:		Never worn; factory box and certificate of origin intact.
III.		Mint:		Minimal usage; factory box and no certificate of origin.
IV.		Near Mint:		Completely satisfies factory specification; expertly repaired.
V.		Fine:		Factory specification but faint hairline stains on dial and/or with slight stain on movement. Crystal chipped.
VI.		Average:		Factory specification but certain generic spare-parts have been replaced.
VII.		Fair:		Hairline stain and/or discolorations on dial; case is well-worn; generic spare-parts have been replaced.

The terms and conditions herein govern your purchase. You are deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions herein once you deal with Bonfield Jewellers.

Payment Methods

All payments to Bonfield Jewellers should be made by wire transfers directly to our bank accounts.

Kindly confirm all final payment amounts with us based on confirmed prices and currency. Please note that you should also make provisions for all relevant bank charges or telex fees which may be incurred by you. Bonfield Jewellers will not bear these charges for you.

Shipments

For online purchase, items will be shipped on the next business day following confirmation and receipt of payment by Bonfield Jewellers. Shipment will be by courier. Bonfield Jewellers reserve the right to elect the courier suitable for each shipment. Delivery will generally take up to 7 business days, depending on the final destination. Bonfield Jewellers will arrange for delivery up to your country’s port based on FOB basis and shall bear no responsibility whatsoever for any delays, risk, loss and/or damage to the items.

Authenticity and Warranties

Pristine timepieces come with a valid International Worldwide Warranty from the manufacturers'
authorised dealer or agent responsible for your region. We guarantee that all timepieces sold are authentic. We DO NOT deal in Replicas!
Our qualified master-technicians are all Swiss trained and will inspect all pre-owned timepieces carefully. All pre-owned timepiece sales come with our 12 month in-house guarantee covering any technical defects.
All jewellery sales are guaranteed authentic. For customised jewellery, the details of such will be clearly stated in our official receipt.

Returns

We observe a 3-Day Return Policy for online purchases of watches that are not exactly as described; defective; or not authentic. Any request for returns must be made via fax or email notification within 3 business days from the receipt of the item as evidenced by shipment records. Authenticity claims must be supported by appropriate proof from licensed appraisers or authorised agents. Upon receipt of confirmed acceptance for return requests via email or fax, you may return the item to us. We will refund the amount to you in full less shipping charges upon receipt of your item provided it is in original condition and has not been altered or tampered with.
Following the above, items cannot be returned to us if they are classified as “Prisitine” or the 3-Day Return Policy period has expired.

Cancellation of Orders

Bonfield Jewellers reserve the right to cancel an order should the following occur:

• The item is no longer available.
• The inability to deliver to your location.
• Proof or suspicion of fraud.
