The terms and conditions herein govern your purchase. You are
deemed to have agreed to the terms and conditions herein once you deal with
Bonfield Jewellers.
Payment Methods
All payments should be made via wire transfer to Bonfield Jewellers directly to
our bank account. For details of our bank account, kindly Email us.
Kindly finalise payment amounts
with us based on agreed prices and currency. Please note that you should also
make provisions for all relevant bank charges or telex fees that might incurred.
Bonfield Jewellers will not be responsible nor held accountable for any fees,
bank charges incurred.
Shipments
For online purchases, items will be shipped by the next business
day following confirmation and receipt of payment to Bonfield Jewellers.
Bonfield Jewellers reserves the right to select the courier suitable for each
shipment. Delivery will generally take up to Seven [07] business days, depending
on the final destination. Bonfield Jewellers will arrange for delivery up to
your country’s port based on FOB basis and shall bear no responsibility
whatsoever for any delays, risk, loss and/or damage to the items.
Authenticity and Warranties
Pristine timepieces come with a valid International Worldwide Warranty from the
manufacturers' authorised dealer or agent responsible for your region. We
guarantee that all timepieces and jewellery sold are authentic. We DO NOT deal
in Replicas! Our qualified master-technicians are all Swiss trained and will
inspect all pre-owned timepieces carefully. Pre-owned timepiece sales come with
our 24-month in-house guarantee covering on technical defects. For customised
bejewelled timepieces, the details of such will be clearly stated in our
official receipt.
Return Policy
We observe a 3-Day Return Policy for online purchases of watches that are not as
described. Any request for returns must be made via fax or email notification
within three [03] business days from the receipt of the item as evidenced by
shipment records. Authenticity claims must be supported by appropriate proof
from licensed appraisers or authorised agents. Upon receipt of confirmed
acceptance for return requests via email or fax, you may return the item to us.
We will refund the amount to you in full less shipping charges upon receipt of
your item provided it is in original condition and has not been altered or
tampered with. Following the above, items cannot be returned to us if they are
classified as “Pristine” or the
03-Day Return Policy period has expired.
Cancellation of Orders
Bonfield Jewellers reserves the right to cancel an order should the following
occur:

The item is no longer available.

The inability to deliver to your location.

Proof or suspicion of fraud.
Customers must alert us of order cancellations by 5pm Pacific Time on the same
day the order was placed. Bonfield Jewellers assumes that you have read and
agree the Terms and Conditions once you are dealing with Bonfield Jewellers.
